As the founder of Basin Solutions, she has played a key role in helping oil and gas service companies across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and the United States build and maintain strong, practical HSE and recruitment programs.

Julia is committed to delivering solutions that support compliance, improve culture, and protect workers in demanding environments. Her passion for safety is rooted in a simple goal: ensuring people go home safely at the end of every day.

When she is not working, Julia enjoys spending time outdoors. She can often be found mountain biking, skiing, camping, fly fishing, or working on her property. Above all, she values time with her husband and son.
